Apparently department stores don't think it's too early for Christmas decorations...the ones around here started the day after Halloween. Personally, I start my Xmas decorating the week after Thanksgiving.

In my opinion, yes!
Christmas Season begins the day after Thanksgiving, in my opinion.
Macy's has been decorated since before Halloween!
Why not just leave the decorations up all year?

I still haven't put up the Halloween stuff?? to each his own why not, if your ready to do it go for it. I like decorating early and taking down late because If I feel like it was worth the effort, if I only had it up for a short time then took it all down I would feel like I had waisted my time putting it up in the first place!! good luck

i guess not...but there is also alot you can do for fall, Halloween/thanksgiving that is still festive!! Since i think it is odd to start Christmas decorations before thanksgiving i like to really do alot for thanksgiving...pumpkins, hay in the yard with mums and scarecrow, pine cones and fall leaves mixed on wreaths for the door, Autumn candles and TONS of other fun festive stuff!!

Yes. Enjoy the Thanksgiving/Fall season first before you jump into Christmas and winter.

It's not to early to decorate. I don't know where you live, but if the weather gets nasty in the next few weeks, who wants to get out there and decorate...Brrrrrrrrrrr
