well if its a trick question, there are 0 legs in the bus. the question never says any girls are in the bus. only there are 7 girls WITH a bus...

7 girls = 14 legs
7 *7 bags = 49 but no legs
49 * 7 *4 = cat legs = 1362
49*7 *7 *4 = kitten legs = 9604
10980 legs total if you count all the cats being in the bus
