Pep: to cheer up. A pep talk would get somebody up and going before a big game. It's a motivational tool. Also, see Pep rally, an event at schools before a game to get students riled up.

Make out: Usually it means to kiss someone for a long time.

Broad: Slang for woman.

Prissy: REally into girly stuff like make up. A prissy person wouldn't go camping or roll in the mud.

Pep is another word for energy, so a "pep talk" is a talk or a speech given by someone, often to a sports team or someone about to enter a competition, to get them excited and ready to go.

To "make out" is to kiss someone for an extended period of time.

A "broad" used the way you're talking about is an older slang term for a woman. It came into use sometime around the 1930's.

Someone who is "prissy" is very particular about their appearance and their environment. They would like things to be neat and clean and perfect all the time.

Hope that helps!

Pep = energy and enthusiasm. A pep talk is meant to encourage you. Scholastic sports teams often have school pep rallies before important games.

Make out = hugging, kissing, petting, foreplay

Broad = a woman, usually one with a strong character and personality. Some consider it insulting, but not all. Crazy broads would be insulting.

Prissy = effeminate and spoiled can apply to a man or a woman

A pep talk is a talk you give to raise a team's spirits just before the big game or before the troops go into battle. It reinforces the goals of the situation so that you do your best.
To make out is to kiss....a lot.
A broad is term for a woman, I can't get more specific than that but I know one when I see one.
A prissy is like a stuck up, elitist girl/woman.

Explaining vernacular is hard....

"Pep" means to have an invigorated good feeling, so to 'give a pep talk' means to cheer them up and make someone happy
to 'make out' is for two people to begin kissing
'broad' is an old term from the 1940's that is a reference to a 'woman', so 'crazy broads' is 'crazy women' (it was not originally viewed as a negative thing to say, but it is currently a rude way to describe a woman)
"prissy" is to be pretentious, to act arrogant

Pep just means to build up someone. Giving them a 'pep' talk will hopefully encourage them to get the job done or to face a fear they have been avoiding.
Make out means to kiss and/or have sex.
Broad means females.
Prissy means someone who thinks they are better than everyone else.
