...and the turn signals have stopped working.

The thermal switch is not on the drivers side floor board, nor in any obvious location. Does anyone know where this thing is located in a 95 Buick Century??

Appreciate the help.

I have seen/heard it referred to as thermal unit, flasher, and blinker unit.

It used to be located on the floorboard, above the pedals, and easily replaced.

Do you mean the blinker? Look for a metal or plastic, round can, with two wires attached, somewhere up along side the steering column behind the speedometer. You might also check the fuse box, as some late model cars put it in there.
