The answer i choose was c i just wanted to make sure its corrrect.

But i think it is 16%...
(16/100)*200=32...is it right..?
even 50 % of 200 is 100..
Then how can u say that 64% is 32...Think it........

the answer is 64%. all you had to do was change 32 to a decimal and multiply it as .32 with 200 and you get 64% as your answer.

i got 64 also because i mulitplied 32*200 and get 6400 and then i divided that by 100 to make it a percentage.
