Is it possibile for humans to make a space ship that can travel through space just like in Star Trek, for example? Do we have at least a small part of the technology necesary?

No. Warp drive is a dream. Replicators, transporters, structural integrity fields, shields, phasers, inertial dampers, holo suites, Klingons... all dreams. Someone put a lot of thought into what would be necessary: for example without inertial dampers any ship going from a very high speed to a sudden "stop" would have its human cargo turned into a gelatinous goo in an instant due to inertia. Inertial dampers are the writers way of avoiding that somewhat messy real life circumstance. Shields are necessary for fending of micrometeors as well as Klingon disrupters. Basically with today's technology we could make the paint, the furniture, and the light fixtures.

A lot of the techno babble that they use in star trek is actually based on sound scientific principles as well as current and possible theories. The writers had done a lot of research with actual "scientific experts" in their respective fields, in order to have a more convincing sounding dialogue.
Also, many techs at silicon valley have gotten ideas and have strived to actually create technology similar to the inventions made up in Star Trek. (Lasers, Smart talking computers, Robotics, Cell Phones, Floppy Disks, CD's, Plasma screen and LCD screen Monitors, Bio Beds, Nano-Technology, and Klingons). Many items we used today were inspired by inspired by Science Fiction and Star Trek.

Humans currently do not have the technology to build spacecraft such as that it Star Trek. Science, as it is now, only has barely a grasp on theories dealing with antimatter of how to manipulated fields such as gravitation. I would say it may be at least another century the concept of warp drive would be a remote possibility.

Warp drives--NO_Ion driven engine being used today--is great step forward--and looks like Earth to Mars in couple of weeks is getting close--but Star Trek--is bending time and space--that many hundreds of years from now if at all-I really proud of people how have made the advances-that have been made-so far

Absolutely impossible, the space ship, "Enterprise", in Voyager, is ten times heavier than the Titanic was. Any attempt to build such a ship would bankrupt the world's economy.

It's still science fiction, but who knows what could happen in a few hundreds years. Back 200 years ago, flying was considered science fiction too.
