You can't. If you want to read it for free go to a library. It's a big building with books in, and they let you borrow them free of charge for several weeks. Their use seems to be fading, sadly. If you want to own a copy, buy it like everyone else and don't be such a freeloader.

Ever heard of copyright? Lasts 70 years till after the death of the author and Hawking is still alive. So don't hold your breath.

Dr. Hawking is alive and reasonably well, and certainly deserves to be paid for his work!

its available as a book-on-tape, too, so get it and listen.

he has a really amazing sense of humor, especially cute when he talks about the Lucasian Chair which he has shared with Isaac Newton, though, he admits, he doubts Isaac's was motorized.
