No.
Both heaven and hell are artificial constructs that cannot possibly exist because no two people will agree on every condition of either place.
Even different religions have contrary and conflicting concepts of heaven and hell. So, how can anyone believe one over another? Only through indoctrination. Early indoctrination by chance of locality determines the philosophical precepts of religious belief.
Everyone who examines the facts comes to similar conclusions: There either is no god or his presence cannot be verified in any quantifiable way. The "carrot and stick" of heaven and hell exist solely for control of the weak minded.
Finally, if there is such a thing as a kind, loving, benevolent god, he could not possibly create beings with feelings just to torture them. Life is hellish enough for most. Only a truly twisted mind could conceive of eternal damnation. That kind of perverted imagination is exclusively the domain of mortals. Mortals cannot possibly know eternity. Therefore, heaven and hell cannot possibly exist as they are commonly defined by any mortal. QED

I do not believe in anything, because a belief is an idea one accepts without any proof. I demand proof for any ideas I accept as true. I see no real evidence that Heaven or Hell exist, but there is much proof that they do not. The Bible is filled with pathetic ignorance of science and reality and has many glaring contradictions, so a logical man cannor accept anything it says. The point of Heaven is to make one try to buy a ticket there for much money. Hell is an added incentive to pay preachers for nothing real.

No, I don't believe there is a heaven, a hell, a god, a devil; all these were invented by mind controllers in the past and still used by mind controllers today to keep the masses in their place. I do believe that organised religion is essentially evil (yes you can have good and evil without god or devil or without heaven or hell)

I'm not an atheist but I don't believe in organized religion because I believe it's only true use is to instill fear in a population for the means of controlling them.(that's to make a long story short) I don't believe in heaven or hell as described in the bible...if anything I believe hell is the world in which we currently live....and heaven is simply 'another dimension' to which our spirit goes after death. I do believe in a power greater than ourselves, but a mean, vengeful, and hateful God, no...I do not believe that god exists.

To an extent, yes. Because there has to be something after death. I think feeling of satisfaction and peace after death is what you call heaven and feeling of regret or disappointment is hell.
