Ok i only have 1 tuner box and i dont like that u have to record something and watch that episode.Well i dont want to buy another box with a dual tuner.Is that my only option or do i have another option?

I'm afraid a dual-tuner receiver is your only option. The box can only be tuned to 1 channel at a time and if you are recording something - thats it.

Call up the Direct TV phone number on you tuner box or papers. You can request someone to come out and install anyting you need to install for a small charge. If thats not the answer your looking for call the phone number and the Direct TV phone communicators should talk to you for the best option avalible to you.
