Yes, even if you're so angry and frustrated to the point you might force me to engage you in anime style combat! I'd still try to comfort you while blocking and dodging your deadly attacks so that you'll come to your senses! (@-@)

I'd never hurt you though, you're my friend. ^^

However, know this, if words can hurt a person at the very heart of the soul, they can also be used to heal.

Not really the best but it'll do.

If it's frustration with a relationship, it's a first step towards something.

If it's frustration about a project, it'll help expressing what's on your mind.

If it's frustration concerning yourself, it'll facilitate in the realization of things.

But for me, the best cure for frustration is taking action on that frustration.

Rodelette, for me, talking with someone (whom I really trust) is the cure-all for anything. It could be frustration, confusion, depression, heartache, fear, whatever - if only I could just unburden myself, then I feel so much better already. And I'm blessed to have friends willing to listen to my woes - without passing any judgment. I call them my inner circle.

The best way of dealing with frustration is to accept it as a challenge -- and love it.

In some people, yes. In my case, it's writing. I write essays, short stories, poems...anything to get my frustrations out of my system.
