I am a little (more) depressed. There are many things going on in my life right now, and all those situations ask for actions from me. Basicly nobody can help me (there would be one person, but she won't). I feel like a person who can't swim, who just got kicked in deep waters. I feel so uncapable right now. I do not know any solution and I'm scared. What can I do to make me get over the depression, to loose all this stress? How can I relax?

The problem is, I am in the situation that I must do some things, that I have no idea about. And I feel like I can't handle it, but I can't afort not to handle it.

I relax by exercising.
YOU ARE capable.
I would tell you to pray, but you don't believe in that.
So...why not do one thing at a time, girl? Start with the easiest or the lesser of the evils. Then you will feel better as each thing gets taken care of. Can you enlist others to help just a bit?

I wish you well.

I'm not sure.

What works for one person might not work for others. I guess a few possibilities would be to ask a friend for help, maybe not the one who has let you down but there must be others you could try.

Sometimes the only way to get through depression is to wait it out. Don't try and force yourself to have fun, sit around and mope if that feels like the natural thing to do. Take your time.

You'll feel better.

If all these situations require actions from you, start working on them one by one. You could feel depressed from being overwhelmed at the moment. I am sure there are some of these things you can take care of on your own. As soon as you step up and take care of something you will start to gradually feel better and your stress will be lower so you can go on to the next thing. Keep trying and don't give up!

ok...this might be unhelpful, but....when it comes to life making you feel out of control and lost....you kinda have to kick your own ***....i don't know what your situation is, so i cant say spacifically what you can do to fix it. all i can offer is the fact that we all lose sight sometimes of what is really important and we put WAY to much pressure on ourselves to make choices and do things we may otherwise not have done....just try to remember that no matter what happens, if you exit your situation healthy and still on your feet, then you are a success in life....all you can ask of yourself is to survive these things the best way possible for all involved, MOSTLY yourseslf. so whatever your situation is, just do the very best you can do, and after that, you can only give yourself credit for trying something out that you were unsure of and had no clue what to do....life can fool you into thinking that all the politics and religion is what is truely important, but the secret is, what is really important in life is maintaining a healthy and happy attitude, and living to experience the world, you can do this while homeless, sick, dying, broken hearted and any other high stress situation, its not easy, but you find a way to change your point of view. i say. learn what you can about what is needed of you, and execute with as much confidence as you can muster....dont be affraid....no one can really blame you as long as you try your best...

It's a floating action, you move you arms to keep momentum up kicking your feet will keep your back half up ,forward ever forward,,never go backward or you will sink in the turn , just go forward. If you need to go back , make a big circle,, remind yourself slow down small movements are exceptable to keep the float going. Don't wear yourself out , this isn't a race , it's servival only , stay alive, by staying afloat, Don't get in a hurry enjoy the moment it's all you have.

it might take many things, you might even have to talk to a pro about it even the best and strongest people need some help sometimes. for the most part something in your life is a miss and you have change that or find out what your missing. try new things try to smile and be happy (not easy at times) but if you try all of the above it should hopefully work for you.

Well.... FIRST.... We all think that WE ARE IN CONTROL..... and Sorry to Say..... THAT IS JUST..... AN.... ILLUSION!

Some thing WE can control.... when we get UP.... and when we go... TO BED!

We.... shop..... till we ... DROP... and still are Not Satisfied!

Depression OFTEN.... comes from CONFLICT..... between... HAVES..... and..... WANTS....!

What we DON'T REALIZE..... is that Most Times...... LESS IS MORE!

WHAT YOU OWN....... Owns.... YOU!

MY...."Want List".... grows SMALLER... every Year! And Still... I take time to GIVE MYSELF SOMETHING....!

I saved my Tax Refund.... and some other monies.... and will take my Third trip to LONDON England in 3-weeks!

YOU..... must DO THE SAME....!

Set YOURSELF...... A Simple GOAL...... and then Work and Save for IT!

Forgo some of your NOW Pleasures...... for those..... LATER PLEASURES!

Thanks for Asking ! RR
