I need a complete list of ALL the muscles you use in hockey, please only answer if you know them all. If not if you could tell me what ones you do know and say that it isn't all of them that would be appriciated as well. Thanks in advance! (i will choose a best answer)

Honestly and truthfully, I can't think of a single muscle you wuldn't use at least once. If you want to be really broad about it, I would think about the leg and hip muscles (Iliopsoas Iliacus, Psaos Major, Adductor magnus, brevis, and longus, the gracillis, the soleus, for example), the muscle hinging the knees (quadricep femoris, sartorius), the muscles of the arms (biceps brachii, Pronator Teres, Flexo Pollus), definately muscles in the hands (palmer interosseous and the flexor retinaculum would be important), and frankly, I'm sick of typing but the various back and ab muscles are obviously very important, as well.
