I'm in the same boat you are. I'm using PearPC emulator to *try* to run Tiger on my PC. I just started today (with an actual purchased copy of Tiger) and i'm already close. You have to do it on a virtual machine, though, aka emulator. It's also possible to boot from OSX, but you have to buy exactly the right hardware, and that still violates Apple's license agreement saying that you can only install it on "Apple labeled computers."

No! Get a Mac, and purchase Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac if you want to be able to run both OS'. It lets you switch back and forth between Mac OS X and full-screen Windows XP with a simple keystroke. Or you can run Windows inside a window right on your Macintosh desktop.

Not legally, if you want OS X and Windose, buy an Intel MAC.

BootCamp, Parallels and VMware can all run Windoze.

No. You must use it on an Apple computer.
