even if you're on opposite sides of the hallway and when you pass you can't even feel the air move from the other person and you didn't even come close to bumping into him/her?

um...no, because I'm not asking them to excuse me if they are not in my way and I am not in their way.
If I'm like in a grocery store and someone is stand on one side of the isle looking at the other side, I might say "excuse me" when passing infront of their view.

nope but i whistle at hot chix!! and if they are very hot i do the growl and i get the sexy time. 75% of the time, it works all the time..
