Antichoicers seem to be more informed than judges and police on the subject. What are the judges and police missing that the antichoicers arent?

Not sure I even want to touch this topic with any religious freaks, but here goes. Basically, my stand on this is.... I don't condone those who abuse, meaning the ones that have the procedure as a method of birth control. I do however, believe it is the right of the woman who is the victim of rape and becomes pregnant as a result and sees having the child as maybe a constant reminder for the rest of her life, or if given up for adoption, would be still emotionally scarred knowing there is a life out there due to this rapist. Then of course there are the woman who find the fetus has a major condition, which would mean the child would not be able to have any type of normal productive life and possibly be a little more than a vegetable and feels this may not be fair for the child to live in that state or condition.

Because at this time, abortion is legal, regardless of the moral arguments. I personally don't agree with abortions, but until the laws are changed, the proceedures are legal. The way I look at it is this, that decision is between the woman and God, in the end, she will have to answer for it. Just my personal belief.

whilst I believe you in theory, you have your legal information incorrect- a infant isn't a man or woman until eventually a) it breathes by using itself b) has its naval twine seperated from the mummy. A fetus legally isn't a man or woman, for this reason if a man or woman kills a mom and her unborn infant it would in common terms be one count form of homicide and a seperate fee (ignore the offical wording of it). yet yea I believe you a hundred% although approximately abortion.

Is it murder? Yes, because a human life is being terminated without due process in the judicial system.

It isn't is being prosecuted because the law was changed to make it legal when performed by MD's in hospitals or clinics.

Because the law of the land as determined by Roe V Wade is that it is not murder and that abortions are legal. Regardless of your feelings on this hotly debated issue, the fact is, at this point in time, it is legal.

Mostly becuase the activist courts back in the 70's decided to invent what they want the Constitution to say.

Pro lifers believe in having choices. We just want people to take responsibility for your choices (like getting naked and doing the wild thing), rather than killing an unborn child. Maybe we could call you child killers.

Just because the judicial system says that it is Constitutionally protected doesn't make it any less a murder..........

At least morally. One can define murder as the intentional taking of a human life and there is no disputing the fact that that is exactly what abortion is. We obviously can't charge people who participate in this practice since it is Constitutionally sanctioned murder.........

Yeah I guess I must have sucked at math?........

It is an absolute right of Americans to assemble and lobby for changes in the laws. Happens every day here in the US. What part of civics are you missing?

I obviously believe baby killers(abortion doctors) should be tried and imprisoned for the slaughter of the innocent.

If abortion becomes illegal, everyone that helps to promote, provide, or get illegal back alley abortions should go to jail.
