In the video game, BioShock, can I kill a Big Daddy under the following conditions?

I have: Full health, no First Aid Kits

Pistol, 6 rounds
Machine Gun, 55 rounds
Shotgun, (2) 00 Buck Rounds; 1 Electric Buck
Wrench

Can this be done?
Note: This is the first Big Daddy, so I'm basically a noob in this sense.

I haven't played in a couple weeks but I'd say no. If you were more experienced maybe but Big Daddys are pretty hard when you don't really know what you're doing. If you can you should buy some electric buck ammo or armor piercing rounds (preferably electric buck) btw when you DO kill Big Daddys, just harvest the little sisters. The prizes you get for saving them aren't worth the extra adam you'd get if you harvested them.
