It's a problem that seems not to have a good answer.
Maybe you could tell it like it is and tell them you wouldn't be good company and need to be alone to sort out your problems.
You could tell your brother to come alone with a wallet full of money if he thinks he can help you with your problems.
That will probably send him running if he is like most brothers.

Be honest with your family. Just say something along the lines of: "I'm really sorry, but I'm not feeling well today and I've got a lot of stress going on. I would love to have you over, but I honestly don't think that we'd have a good time because I'm so preoccupied. I hope you understand. Let's reschedule."
Also, I hope that there is someone that you can talk to that will help you alleviate all your stress and depression. You don't know me, but I'm willing to lend an ear.

I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Seven kids at one time is a lot, even if most of them can play outside for awhile. Just kindly tell them you just are not up for company today, that you love them and you'll get together real soon. It's okay, and I'm sure they will understand. You don't have to elaborate. If they ask you why, just say you are really tired and just are not up for company.

Just tell him exactly what you are telling us. Hopefully he will understand , but don't let the depression take a hold of you. If it's ongoing, then seek help. Remember that your family is including you in their family get -togethers. Decline for now, but keep your mind open. Sometimes we have to just push ourselves to do things when we are down and maybe you will surprise yourself and feel better!

I know what you mean. Just tell him something came up so you're not going to be home or you have to run errands or something and that maybe some other time would be better to get together. That's what I do when I need a day to myself. Good luck!

Just tell him the truth. You want to have some alone time. I am a firm believer in honesty. It's better to tell him the truth than have a big fight cause you're in a pissy mood when he comes over.

placed on some granny pajamas and which will turn him off on the days your no longer involved.. If I got here in and my spouse grew to become into donning in basic terms panties, i might respond the comparable way. I do understand the form you experience. communication is the main. If he's a mature guy he will understand.

Say you are feeling sick. Tell the truth. It will save you a guilt trip. Just don't be mean or rude about it. I'm sure it will work. =] Good luck!

Say, "I'm sorry but today will not be a good day to visit. I'll call you when it's a better time. And thank you for understanding."
They should understand.

just tell them that you have had a very stressful day so far, and that you just want to take a nap and relax for a little while.
