So if it is an axel seal they knocked outta my truck while replacing ball joints, what damage does that do since I drove it about 20 miles and does that explain the wig wag driving down the road the truck is doing?

and does it need to be towed to them, about 10 miles away?

They did an alignment yesterday when they replaced the ball joints.

That does explain the leak then, so it is the axel seal ok ty guys!

I will have them tow it.

your bearing will get fried your ring and pinion will get fried the seal is no more than 40 to 50 bucks. get it done and send the bill to those amatures better than 1500 to 2000 $ on new stuff not to mention a pain in the ***.

To me sounds like you need a front end alignment. The seal is to hold the gear lube back and if they didn't replace it would be leaking or there is no gear lube in it.
