I tried to read some of the views and opinions already on here, what are some of the pros and cons? I do not strictly vote Republican but, anything to beat Hillary ... not that she is a female, basically because of her shady past with the black panthers, but I don't think that is the solution ... or a muslim (Hussein Obama) in office I am all for, not that I have anything against muslim's either, but with the war going on, it would be to scary to have him in office.

I commend all Americans who are trying to learn more about the candidates before the 2008 election. In my opinion, a uniformed voter is down right dangerous. I am supporting the Republican Ticket for their stance on Foreign Policy. I do not believe that the ticket will lead with Rudy, Mitt or Ron Paul and this is why….

Strike Rudy - He is responsible for nixing the Line Item Veto, pro-abortion, he spends too much! Check his record!

Strike Mitt - He is trying to sell us on the fact that he is Ronald Reagan's Clone which is so not-true. Blames his MA record on him having to work in a Liberal State, He is a FRAUD and McCain called him on it in the 10/21/07 debate!

Strike Ron Paul – He is not savvy on Foreign Policy. He is not taking himself seriously as a candidate as he called his potential for election to the Presidency a RISK on the Jay Leno show. He is proving this by NOT spending his campaign money, which he will KEEP when he withdraws as he did in 1988. He is, by law able to keep this for retirement or leave it to his family.
If you would like him off of the Republican platform, please sign the petition at

Thompson is doing what he consistently did as a senator.... wait and wait and wait till its too previous as a results of do something. If he's going to be the subsequent president then he extra useful initiate campaigning and debating... whilst he waits the GOP donors are sending their money to surely actual applicants. those donors is only no longer spending lots extra on yet another candidate. you will possibly be able to desire to compete along with your common warring parties with money... then in case you win the common you extra useful nonetheless have money to conflict the different party's candidate. The longer you wait the donations get smaller and smaller. This has been a difficulty with Thompson... he's very sluggish. he's sensible yet sluggish and that's no longer a time to be sluggish.

He was a senator. Not a good or bad senator just a senator.
Google Ron Paul. You may be surprised. I was. Because of things like the Social Security For Americans Only Act, The Teacher Tax Cut Act, The Family Education Freedom Act, The Tax Free Tip Act. And other things like his 20 years of consistent voting. Was voted the Taxpayers best freind by Congress.

I don't think Fred Thompson can win the nomination. He's falling in the polls and just not running a great campaign. He had a chance but it seems like he missed the chance. It seems like its coming down to Giuliani, Romney, and possibly Huckabee. McCain is gaining too, he might be coming back.

And Obama isn't Muslim. He's Unitarian.

Given the great job the Republicans have done, how could you not vote for them? We never experienced this much peace and prosperity under Bill Clinton.

He is pretty conservative, and believes in less government involvement at the federal level. He wants more power to go to the state governments. He seems to want more of a common ground on a lot of things.

You are dead on about the Dems. I don't know who the Reps will nominate, but that's who I am voting for.
