New Yorkers arrived
One day at the entrance to heaven, St. Peter saw a New York street gang.
walk up to the Pearly Gates. This being a first, St. Peter ran to God and said, "God,
there are some evil, thieving New Yorkers at the Pearly Gates. What do I do?".
God replied, "Just do what you normally do with that type. Re-direct them down to hell."
St. Peter went back to carry out the order and all of a sudden he comes running back yelling "God, God, they're gone, they're gone!"
"Who, the New Yorkers?".
"No, the Pearly Gates."

Mayor Giuliani´s ´no tolerance´ method in the 1990´s apparently made New York much more safer, but as a friend tells me, watch out for yourself north of 109th Street. He may have made the usual parts of the city safer, but 'a place called Harlem' still goes against the flow. We are now told London has taken over New York as the badland - but (London being what it is) pretend 'gangsters' cry out for mummy when they find out being a gangster has many sides to it, and they´re on their last seconds of life after being stabbed. Your question about ´any gangs in Manhattan´ makes me wonder if you want to see a couple at work - if so, spend a few hours on 110th Street (not Manhattan, by they way) and you´ll leave it satisfied!

Would'nt surprise me in the least. Looks like they made a slight detour before they went in the other direction. One last hurrah!!!! If it ain't nailed down, bar the doors. Maybe they need to hire a security guard or install motion detecter cameras or security cameras.

I am not from New York but this is really funny as I could see some of the gangs there doing something just like this!!
