Yes ... he indeed is .. there was a good discussion of this on Sirius' radio show - Ferrall - the other night - The Cowboys are the most favorite American team in any sport in Mexico - and Romo is one of the reasons why ... my "bet" is that we will se a regular season game played in Mexico City shortly, and I'll also "bet" that it will indeed involve The Cowboys!

Half Hispanic, half Anglo. He identifies strongly with his Hispanic heritage and is very popular in Mexico. The Dallas Cowboys are the most popular NFL team in Mexico and the league is trying hard to expand it's appeal in foreign countries.
