By higher standard of living countries I assume you mean MEDCs (more economically developed countries) and lower standard of living countries LEDCs.
This is because in MEDCs contraception and abortion is used more often than in LEDCs, as people in MEDCs, mostly 'westerners', want less children (usually 0 to 3) than in LEDCs (usually 4+) and are having them later (causing the population to age) due to social reasons.

1. This is because some poorer countries dont educate their citizens about birth control, or maybe people just cant afford birth control. PLus, some families may want to have as many children as possible so they can help around the home or get jobs to bring in more money.

2. Because children cost money to raise, and most families only have the time and resources to raise a few children really well. keep in mind that in poorer countries, things such as dental care or education are a luxury and not a priority, so raising children is cheaper. In first world countries, they are almost a given so people need to supply their children with these services, which costs money.

Your information is out of date. Very few countries still have "high" fertility rates but you are correct that all rich countries have fertility rates at or below replacement level. The population growth rates lag behind the fertility rate because the population does not stop growing until the birth rate = death rate. Since the birth rate = the fertility fate X the number of women of child baring age, it depends on the fertility rates in the previous generation. The death rate depends on the fraction of old people in the population. Europe's population is only now beginning to fall even though their fertility rate has been below replacement for over 50 years, and the US is still growing from the echoes of the baby boom of the 50's and 60's. The poorer countries fertility rates have fallen only recently so the world population is expected to continue to grow until about 2050.
Decreasing the child mortality rate and increasing opportunities for woman outside the home reduces fertility rates in both rich and poor countries.

In poor countries, people have more kids because they want more people to work on the farm or whatever, and also, so they have a better chance that one of they're kids will survive.
idk about the rich countries, they should have high population growth rates too, except for western european area, i don't know why, they're population is decreasing.

It is in the food. The fish in the industrialised nations have larger quantities of substances that are anti-androgenic so that the sperm count of men in the west is lower than in other parts of the world. This is well known by DEFRA.
