i'd go with Jones and Ward. among all your RBs he'll get the most rec. yards in addition to around 100 rushing yards and a TD. he's got the most upside.
and i see ward getting AT LEAST 1 td if not more. Lendale has the other chris henry vulturing his touchdowns while Travis henry will lose possible rec. yards to selvin young.

I say that you put Ward in the flex position and as far as the running backs check out who each running back is going against check there run defense were they rank and there stand out defensive stars.
