You would not be wise to try to chase me. I am a 360 pound powerlifer and martial artist. I am strong and fast for my size, so I have beaten men my size and bigger in martial arts and boxing matches and in fights on the street, so you would be screaming for assistance if you started a fight with me.

I would scream as loud as I could and then run as fast as I could and if you caught up with me I'd punch you in the
"bread basket" After that, I'd walk away.

I'm not sure I would just start running if you were running toward me.
I'd have to understand the circumstances in order to determine if it's time to run.
but, if you had a weapon, It would be time to run.

Screaming doesnt do much good since most people would just ignore it. I would most probably just pull my Glock and blow you away for making me exert myself by running.
