probably, navy has been fielding some great football teams lately, unlike army, and notre dame looks pathetic and is about to go 0-3. and as for the other question no there has not been a significant victory for the armed forces at least in my lifetime, they are pathetic recently

As others have said, NAVY WON!!!... and our Superintendent canceled classes on Monday because of it! The next important game of the season is on 01 DEC 07, when we crush Army for the fifth year in a row.
