I want to eventually go to a veterinary college, but my state (New Jersey) does't have a veterinary college. So I intend to go to UPENN for vet school. I want to know what four year college in NJ has contract seats with UPENN and what is the best school to attend in NJ to prepare for vet school. thanks

Your best bets would probably be Princeton or Rutgers. The colleges themselves don't have contract seats - the contract seats are with the state of New Jersey in order to ensure that New Jersey residents can get trained as vets, so you could presumably apply for one of them from any New Jersey college, but veterinary school is notoriously competitive. Therefore, you would do best to be coming from a well-respected school. Given that, Princeton obviously wins hands-down as an Ivy (and since UPenn is an Ivy as well, they would respect the credential). Beyond that, Rutgers is not only well-respected, but it is the only school which has any mention of the contract seats on their website, which suggests that they will support students going in that directions. I found the following information on the contract seats:

contract seats ? I don't believe such a thing exists.

What is the best school in NJ? Princeton. Second best? Rutgers, New Brunswick. Major in Biology with a pre-med emphasis. Do well and you will have the best chance of getting into a good vet school.
