i live within walking distance to the beach and bay in NJ so there is a lot of moisture in the air here. the outside of my house seems to be growing black mold on it. we usually scrub it with tilex mold killer duluted with water 2 times a year. but this kills our lungs from the fumes. what else can i do to stop this mold, clean it off, or are there any paints that i could paint over it to kill it completely....???? please help. it is bad enough i have mold in my bathroom that i am fighting.

They do make mold resistant paint but you will still need to remove what is there before you paint it. You may want to talk to your neighbors about their solutions. It could be much worse that what I have experienced so the paint might not work as well. My mold was from garden area and rainfall moisture, not constant humidity. I used a Sears paint that was mold resistant.
