Why can't you divorce before the baby is born? Is it a state law? You can divorce any time you want, talk to a lawyer, you need to get out.
No, you would not have any responsibilities for this baby, you did not sign anything asking that your husband cheat on you and make a baby with someone else. None of your Dioxyribonucliec Acid runs through it's body. The only link you will have with this child is an emotional one, and not a good emotion.
If the timing of the divorce is what will not allow you to be divorced, at least get it started and make him leave. Separate during the divorce, then start living your own life.
Good luck.

Not sure why you cant divorce before the baby is born, but you should at least have already kicked him out. Let him move in with this other woman. She can have him. Sounds like a sorry excuse for a husband.
No you are not legally linked to this baby, however when he has to pay child support, the $ will come out of your joint bank account.

Yes you can because of your married assets is what they will base his support payments on for the child. Divorce him before the mother goes for support. It is based on the household income not just his but household. If you cant afford to get divorce because you don't have the money get a legal ad to help you file. But it all depands on yout state laws too also did you know that some states have laws against cheating on your spouse still on the books. If he is not willing to give you a simple divorce (I am assuming you don't have kids and a house together) then let him know about this. I know you are going through a really tought time right now and Iam sorry about that but you have to protect yourself too. My ex after we separtarted ran up alot of credit debit on me and I was still legally responsable because are divorce was not final yet. It took a while to get everthing straighen out. I would not want to see you get in a spot like that.

There is no reason why you cannot divorce before this baby is born. You are not linked to this baby in anyway. Your hubby is the one that is. I am so sorry to hear things like this. Cheating on you, he is not worth the time of day.

You can't divorce?? Why ever not?
That you choose not to divorce is one thing but, it's has to be your choice.
Your husband really disrespected you and your marriage vows.
This baby will change everything, because HE will have to pay child support whether he wants it or not; And, if he's not a dog, he'll have to take an interest in his child's life.
So, how are you going to cope? That's the question you need to ask yourself.
He's going to see more of that woman whether you want it or not.
So, think hard and make an inform decision.
Good luck.

Not if your separated. If you and your husband were still together than you would be obligated financially. If the baby is due before the divorce hearing than this may work in your favor. If paternity can be proven by DNA than you have a pretty strong divorce case against him.

But of course you are not linked to the baby. In any way.
Sorry to hear that... if you want to, just try and separate or divorce from the guy as soon as possible. With a reason like that, every judge will be on your side.

No, why can't you devorce until it's born. I'd start the process asap. He made this decision, don't cater around what wwill be easier for him. he commited adultry, you are no legaly responsible to this baby other than as long as you are married to him being it's step mother. Regaurdless, of what you do. NEVER show the baby spite or resent. It's a baby who didn't coose this situation and is completely innocent.

It's unfortunate, but there is no need for divorce; hence he is not bringing that other women to stay with u in the same roof. In a way you are legally link with the baby as a step daughter or step son what ever the case may be.

oh my good ness. I just had this happen to a cousin of mine. Her and her husband slipt up and she got pregnant by other guy. According to the laws in ohio, they cannot divorce if she is pregnant.
You might be legally linked to carry insurance on this baby. but you have to look into that
