black jurors are always soft. white jurors are soft on white offenders but brutal on black offenders

I can only say that all white juries are never too soft. Their motive becomes quite obvious when they are picked to serve as jurors and there is no diversity on the picked jury.

if you're a person who assumes anyone accused of a crime, you'd probably agree with that.
if you agree with the founding fathers that it is better to set a guilty person free than to wrongly imprison an innocent person falsely accused, than you'd disagree.
