The trip is 156 miles from San Antonio International Airport to Corpus Christi International Airport. The speed through the city of San Antonio and through Corpus Christi both will slow you down, and I would allow 2 hours and 30 minutes to 2 hours and 45 minutes depending on when you are planning your drive. However, taking Hwy 281 from the Airport to I-37 and then picking up North Padre Island Drive, Exit International Drive for the Airport in Corpus.

About 2 hours and 30 minutes...depending on traffic conditions. The good thing is that Airport Blvd turns into HWY 281 South which takes you directly to Corpus Christi. Exit S.P.I.D. turn right and the airport is about 2 miles to your left. I've been down there several times.
