Anytime they're not eating and you have a shield and are primed for fight or flight. But I can't stress this enough: you never want to touch a lickle fluffy bunny when it's eating. It's so embarassing that you'll die a little on the inside each time you think about it, and all your friends will remind you of the incident in which you shrieked like a little girl because it hopped at you in a mean way. I'm seeing a counselor now.

the safest time would be when you have a steel cap shoe on and when your equally evil friend are there to share the experience. And when there are no women around as you might be the one kicked next. And try and do it when there are no tree shaggers around.
Just as a precaution you dont actualy mean to kick one this is just a fun question right? All in the name of fun?? right? right?!?
