PSP cause you have more thing like internet music movies picture games is like a "mini computer" it only needs a cell in side to have all in one

DS-> has 2 game slots for 2 different games that u can put in at the same time but not play at the same time 4 light settings,
it's easy 2 carry around the touch screen is better than using the stylus, it has a alarm clock,calendar, language settings,color settings, a picto chat so u & your friends can talk 2 each other in the same room if u wish i see lots of adults walking around with a ds more than the psp i only see a few of those which says the PSP isn't that popular.
PSP->the psp DOESN'T have all the things the DS LITE has.

I love how people say the DS is better because they don't have the PSP and it's cheaper. Classic.
I cannot tell you which is better because I don't have either. You need to look at what it is you want to do.
One of the big draws for me for the PSP is the fact that it can play Blu-Ray movies.
However, the DS has been out longer and has a much wider variety of games.

i would have to go with the ds and if this question is for your going to buy one i would say the ds because the psp is just a copy of the ds but it can do more things and less also like the psp can play movies but the ds can only play ds and gba games the psp has memory cards but the ds does not that's a good thing that the ds does not have a memory card because that would be more money

well I'm all for the ds, they have a good variety of titles... if you like the gba, then theres no way you could hate this beauty XD
it doesn't feel very portable but eh
plus the connectivity it will have with the wii sure is interesting..(soon enough , you'll be able to download free playable demos from the comfort of your home)
tons of awesome over looked games, most people (usually sony fans) will get all prejudice and think of only mario stuff when they think nintendo ds....
psp does have its points, with the media.... but thats just a way for sony to get a little boost.. otherwise I'm sure many more would agree that most of their games are "crap"
all in all I'm sure both have their pros and cons
but I'm fairly content with my ds :P
It's not sony I have a problem with, I admit I enjoyed some of their ps2 titles, and the graphics for ps3 put me in awe,, but what the fanboys don't seem to understand is.. that "cartoony" has nothing to do with "fun"
games don't always have to be blood, war, gore, as much as I'm a fan of that myself XD

whats wrong with a company trying to expand it's audience? people of all tastes and ages can benefit one way or another.
and seriously.. which company was the first ultimate success to change the way we play?, that got us into gaming in the first place? (kids under 16 don't count) they were raised to be "biased" sonys just a fad... people think.. that playing sony labeled products, automatically makes them "cool"
psp: better graphics, multimedia (feel free to add for your defense :P)
^It's a nice bonus, but this is about gaming itself , not completely necessary, it just saves you pocket space and possibly some cash,
ds: better/more/variety games , wii interaction, gba playback, (also has internet browser, and tho I never owned it, I know it sux)

PSP, everything, internet,videos,music, games are 3d with great graphics
DS is just a little better version of game boy advanced with wifi...its made for little kids
if you are sick of those childish cartoony games then go for the PSP if you want REAL games like shooting,sports,etc,
If you like playing Barbie,mario,all these lame junk go for DS.
However, those games get boring real quick.

I think that the DS is much better.
I have the ds light in pink with 3 games.
The ds has so many fun titles.
