Penn foster, ashworth or stratford?

are any of these online school a scam? I just want to get a career diploma in floral design because there are no schools offering floral design in my area

They are all legit. They aren't your state university but they are good for what they are.

I took some courses from Ashworth (PCDI) and learned a lot from them.

If you were looking at a degree I'd suggest that there are better options but for self-improvement/career type courses, these are fine. Not the cheapest way though - your local community college would be much cheaper if they offered a program you want.
