are you in office right now and using YA! from office PC??

If this person worked for me he would be Fired. I did not hired him to use an office computer for his personal use, I would have hired him for the purpose of working for the company.
Plain and simply you want to do personal surfing on my time then you are FIRED or you won't see a PAYCHECK until you start working for me..
I never paid anyone who did not work 9 hours a day. But then we never had computers back then, nor cell phones [ just pagers]...

If they are doing their work and not affecting others' work, I don't really care. If they are not doing their work and others are forced to do it for them (like the situation I had with a co-worker that was on personal calls all day long) then I have a problem with it.
