Call information in the town you are in, or Google taxi or cab service for that town. You will get a number. When you are ready for your cab, call, give your address, phone # and where you are going. They will pick you up in usually 5 - 30 minutes and take you where you want to go!

Do you have the phone book near you? Just pick one cab company and program it in your cell phone. Just say "Hi, I need a cab at *street address or hotel* at *whatever time*. Then they'll tell you about how long you'll have to wait. Be right there waiting for them or someone will steal your cab! And tip the driver, unless they're a complete a**. Most are friendly and informative if you say you're visiting the city. Only a few are surly.
