Murphy is such an awesome name for a girl! I would use that for a middle name, since it might be too much for her growing up. My favorite first names from that list are Annabel, Elizabeth, and Fiona. But if you were going for something really Irish, Elizabeth has probably morphed into something too general. The same kind of goes for Annabel.
What about these Irish names (at least, I think they're Irish) : Fionnula Murphy, Ainsley Fiona, Ailene Elizabeth, Kiera Murphy, Deirdre Murphy, Eilis Fionnula, Ailbe Eileen, Aoife Ciana, Brenna Maeve, Catriona Murphy, Clodagh Annabel, Keela Murphy, Niamh Fionnoula, Regan Annabel, Teagan Aislinn, Saoirse Annabel, Kiera Isolde, Darcy Clare, etc.
My favorite Irish names are probably Saoirse, Ailene, and Catriona - along with Murphy and Annabel from your list.
Good luck!

Eilís Niamh O'Ryan. I like my surname. Wish I was Aoife or Aisling though... Especially Aoife. It's such a beautiful name. Both have absolutely gorgeous meanings, too. You forgot Saoirse though. Can't believe you forgot the one name that means freedom (!), aha. There's a girl in the class above me called Siobhán, but I don't think she's Irish (We all live in England, near London). Her twin sister's called Ruth. There's a boy in my class called Sam, who's younger sister is called Róisín. They're from Canada though... :P Don't know why I told you about the people I know with Irish names... I must be very bored -_- Love, <3

Fiona is my favorite listed, but you might also consider Fianna to avoid the similar repeated O sounds in Fiona O'Gallagher. The Fianna were Fionn's warriors, many of whom were strong, Celtic women (so an interesting historical link for a less common, but still familiar, choice). ;)
I'd personally use the actual Irish forms of Elizabeth/Isabel, if you really want the Irish link. Or even another Celtic version, such as Scottish, since that wouldn't be at all unusual.
- Eilis or its Anglicization Eilish (IE-lish or IE-leesh)
- Elspeth or Elspet
- Ealasaid
- Isobel, Isibeal, Iseabail or Ishbel
- Sibeal (shib-AYL) or its pet form Shibley
There are a few others, but you get the idea. You can find info on most of those -- and more -- here, if interested. http://www.behindthename.com/
You might also find this site very helpful. Great Irish names complete with meaning, historical/mythological associations and audible pronunciations, if needed. ;) http://www.babynamesofireland.com/
Hope that helps!

From your list I like Fiona O'Gallagher the best with Caitlin coming in at a close second. The popularity of Caitlin (with the various alternate spellings) has kind of turned me off of the name....at least for a little while, but it's still a fine name in the original form.
I also like (either for first or middle names)...
Meara
Niamh
Deirdre
Maebh
Good luck with your choices.
