LSU could easily have 4 losses!?

Florida just blew the 2nd half.

LSU got lucky against Auburn on that TD pass.

Alabama really should've closed it out.

I am a Buckeye fan. I watched the LSU game against Alabama. Not making mistakes at the appropriate time is a trait that Tressel's teams at OSU posess, so I really respect LSU for making plays, and not screwing it up as Alabama did. Could they have four losses? Maybe, but they don't. LSU has poise, a good QB, a tough running back in Hester, a big time playmaker in Doucet, and Glenn Dorsey, who looks better injured than pretty much anybody else in the country.
I still want OSU to play LSU in the NC game. These are undoubtedly, regardless of schedule, the two best teams in college football.

LSU is not deserving to be ranked as high as they are, they have just gotten lucky with some calls going their way that should not have. If they do go up against Ohio State for the National Championship, well they will learn how to get beaten. And the refs. won't be able to help.

Thank you Jack A for a well thought out response. LSU has played poorly lately but they have been playing ranked teams week after week and that takes a toll. Good teams hit harder and wear on you more than weak teams do. LSU lost in triple overtime to a ranked team after playing last years National Champions. Its hard to get up week after week and play hurt. Good teams win games, great teams win the close games. I really don't care who LSU plays but I do think that they deserve a national title shot. Geaux Tigers!!!!

it is really hard to dominate a conference that has 4 top 20 offenses and seven or so top 35 defenses and LSU is the only one with both which is impressive. Alabama couldn't run the ball so it is hard to close games out throwing every time. Alabama couldn't close it out. should have? no. except for the penalties and the turnovers LSU dominated them.

Alabama not being able to run had more to do with LSU's no 1 rush defense than anything... so there.

I agree with you on that, the bad thing is LSU will be number two and probably be put in the championship game at the end of the season.

dont be jealous that LSU dominates, so were a gutsy team, that doesnt mean its luck. Les Miles obviously knows what he is doing and LSU has a great team. and also who cares what you think, tour team probably could not beat LSu. so if you look at the facts, Lsu dominates D, and are dern good at offense too

First of all, look who LSU has played.....six top 20 teams. Who has Ohio St played.....0 top 20 teams.

LSU on a bad day will beat OSU by 14. It's hard to compare LSU vs. someone like Oregon or OSU because LSU plays someone good every weekend and they play someone good once or twice a year.

LSU has been playing terrible as of late, but even when they are playing terrible they still manage to beat top 20 teams.

I agree, and in the same motion they bring alot of sec pretenders into picture. Seems all you have to do is barely lose to LSU to gain admission into top 25.
