hello, i have to do a term paper and one of my points is to write about the nature of medicare. What does that mean? Does it mean what medicare is meant for and eligibility? Help please!

Medicare is a health insurance benefit, for people over the age of 65, or disabled people on disability social security. It is not free, you must pay a premium. You can research that on www.ssa.gov, it has all of the facts.
