Its a math exam, I havent revised for almost a week I just realised. My exam is in two days. Its kind of a one-time deal, no re-takes. I cant believe I let myself do this. I'm so lazy, how do I stop this happening again?
And what can I do in the exam to help me calm down and get the answers right?

ANYTHING you say will be amazingly appreciated!

Start reviewing now so that you are ready for the test. Next time keep an assignment book and note in it when to start preparing for a test. List all test dates in red ink so they stand out. You need to work on your study skills now so that you are prepared for when you are at a university and have no one to remind you of what needs to be done. During the exam just take deep breaths and try to stay calm. Remember this is just one test in a lifetime and is not life or death. Try to prepare and do your best. Dont panic or you will have problems concentrating on getting the answers correct.

read over your notes and do some revision que's. Take Kalms 2 hours before you go into the exam, these will calm your nerves and help your concentration.
Good Luck!!
