My dreams and nightmares are typically so bizzare and abstract that it's difficult to determine the answer your question, but in general I would say yes for the most part, but no in some cases.

I think I am a little more confident in my dreams!!! but sometimes I am forgetful in my dreams and I hate that cause I wake up thinking "oh no I left the kids at the babysitters again" LOL

no, not at all, in my dreams, i have very long hair, i'm much thinner [ a nice body] i'm pretty, outgoing, funny, and younger!to bad sreams can't come true.
