i've seen this in like shows where they want to do a prank and they freeze the girls bra. why?

I've never heard of this,
but I guess it would be really unpleasent to wear a freezing cold bra, baisically. Although how on earth anybody would fall for that I don't know. =P
Unless it's a gel bra, and they freeze it to make the gel rock solid - although I'm not too sure what that would achieve!

It's just a normal prank that young girls do to each other. Sleepover pranks are usually pulled on the first to fall asleep. You should make sure the bras has thawed and is room temperature before you try to put it on. A frozen underwire can stick to your skin, OUCH! If you are the host of a party, you shouldn't instigate the jokes on your guests, but it's your choice if you want to allow others to play them. If you don't like them, gently tell the other girls that you don't like pranks, and you hope that they won't play them on others. Then be the last to go to sleep so you don't get some b*tchy girls that took it the wrong way pulling one on you. Have fun!

no, i think it's just the idea that you would never want your bra to be frozen so its just a random sleepover prank some girls might do.

The extreme cold kills the bacteria along the bottom edge that can cause rashes on the skin underneath the breast.
Freezing stinky sneakers will do the same thing, thereby freshening up the smell caused by the bacteria in them.
