I cant get them to leave!!! Its so annoying!

I think its because the computer is by the outside wall and they can hear the noise. But I cant move my computer because the desk is built in...

Is there any woodpecker repellent out there? Some plant that will keep them away or something store bought?

Help please! They're doing it right now!

I do have an outdoor cat, and real owls because I live right next to the woods where the wood peckers live, and the owls are hooting all night.

I know I don't have a bug problem, I've checked.

WELL WE HAD A WOODPECKER PROBLEM IT PECK SO HARD IT KILLED MY MAPLE TREE so my neibhor shot it with a bee bee gun lol

You may have a bug problem. If woodpeckers are pecking at your siding, they are going after bugs that they either smell, hear or sense in the wood. You should contact an bug exterminator. In the meantime, you could get an owl decoy, but I have known people to get those and have the woodpecker peck the heck out of them. So....

They are annoying aren't they? Now I know how wally Walrus felt. ANywho, the only thing I have seen that keeps them away, (other than you standing outside with a broom that is), is outdoor cats , and birds of prey in the area. Sometimes fake statues of hawks or eagles works or just get a killer cat that will chase them away.

They peck to get at bugs.
