Rune Factory for DS- help! I'm stuck in the cave!?

Question

Ok, well, I'm stuck in caves, and I don't have any HP or RP. I finished destroying the metal things, and i only have to defeat the boss. The problem is that with no HP or RP, and nothing to regain any of it, I die within 6 seconds when turning on the game. Anyone know how to get out? Is there some way to regain Hp or Rp without anything around? Anything would be helpful. Thanks!

If you have any colored grass you can eat that, the only grasses that don't give some HP are weeds, flowers, and antidote.

You should also buy Restore. It is a spell in the library's back shelf. It removes bad status conditions (except seal) and gives you 80 HP. That's a lot in the early game. Unforutnatly only RP can power spells and it takes real food, like from the bar, to get RP back.

You can also use the sleeping bag you should be given right outside the first boss' room to regain a small chunk of HP and a tiny ammount of SP. If you are lucky some grass will respawn in the dungeon and you can go find and eat it for more power. Using the sleeping bag in a cave does not cause the generators to respawn.

BUT if you are in that poor of condition you probably won't be able to beat the boss anyway. Leave the dungeon, restock on things (espetially the heal potions) and come back later. If you spend some time level building you will have more HP left when you reach the boss, and therfore stand a better chance.

To escape a still active cave, you can use the spell Escape, Escape costs no RP and takes you back to the first screen of the cave. It should be in your inventory because it will be given to you as soon as you enter the first cave. Just remember, all the generators will come back if you leave the cave.

PS Build a monster hut and capture a monster if you can. They can't help with bosses, but they are a great help in destroying generators. The bee on the second floor of the first cave is a great choice.
