so for the past few months my period has been a bit off. ive been getting it anywhere between a month and 3 days since the last one to a month and 10 days since the last one.
this month i should have gotten it somewhere around the 30th. on the 27th i had been getting my normal premenstrual cramps. I had sex that night for the first time in awhile, and the cramps and everything stopped. now it is the 4th and i have them again but still no period. could having sex throw have my period? it happened to me the first time i ever had sex. could it be happening now since my boyfriend and i havnt had sex in 8 months? (long distance relationship) he used a condom and pulled out way before he came.
i also know stress can change your cycle too. I have a chem exam and a nursing midterm tomorrow morning....so maybe its all just stress?? i need advice!

I'm not a woman but my wife sometimes has problems with hers because of stress. One time she just skipped a month altogether.

You know, as a nurse, that things don't always go as they could. Condoms are only effective if he puts them on at the right time in the right way. So take a preg test, just to be sure, and if it's negative, chalk it all off to stress. Anyone would be stressed out under your circumstances.
