Be sure to look at the dates that the data was compiled, there is a lot of old info out there. Census records are good resources.

Probably France or Germany, could be Italy though, they all have really bad job situations for their young. I have friends in Italy that have law degrees and are telemarketers. They have great social benefits, but the reality of finding a job can sometimes be really difficult. I have friends in Berlin too and they say the city has some ungodly high unemployment, like 20% or more.

Are you people crazy? The unemployment rate in the U.S. is at 4.7%, this implies full employment. Economist use the range of 4-5% as the full employment rate of unemployment.

Geeze, I was going to say France, but you used the term "advanced" in your question, so now I'm not sure if I understand your question.

You also said "First World," which pretty much leaves the Putin playground out of the picture.
