Which is best University for Computer Engineering? San Jose State University or San Francisco State University

I want in term of library facilities, best education, other recreational facilities and yes the best campus available with good cleanliness and good environment and good students?

I'd take San Jose State over SF, but for good engineering (if you don't mind moving a little bit) you might consider going to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

US News does not rank either school very highly -- but gives San Jose State a slightly higher ranking. None of the CSU schools are particularly good -- other than the Cal Poly schools.
