If you are talking about inner strength, thinking about my talent, abilities, and assets. Also, focusing on my friends and family. My parents are great examples of strength. Knowing I am a product of their love, knowing that both were survivors and the strongest in their families, knowing What they survived and knowing they CHOSE Not to abuse us, as well as knowing their love for us and one another, these realizations provide me with immense strength.

God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. See: http://www.mormon.org
The other aspects that give me strength are my family, my friends, my knowledge, my talents (especially my artwork), people, animals, nature, etc.
