What is the best way to claen the inside of a car winshield?

Just when I think it's spotless i'll drive into the sun and all I see is streaks.

Go to Walmart, Carquest, Advance Auto and pick up an aerosol can of Stoners Glass Cleaner.

Spray a small amount on the glass and scrub in a circular motion till the glass surface is dry. Use wadded up black and white newspaper to scrub with.
