I bought a cell phone on ebay from a seller and before I purchased it I asked them a question but I re-read the auction and it was answered so I figured oh ok they didn't respond who cares, Well then I purchased it because I liked it and its what I wanted and was looking for well I bought it on Saturday around 2am and contacted the buyer right after payment on there personal email and there ebay email and still no reply since Friday! Since I asked my first question. Should I worry? I need advice!

Thanks everyone!
I contacted ebay and they gave me the contact info and I called the seller and the phone is shipping out tuesday. Which if I would have known I would have purchased another phone. And the man I bought it from was very rude!

Nah-this happened to me the other day. I emailed the seller and never heard anything till my package came. All was in order when it arrived, exactly as described. Some ppl are just too busy for chitchat I guess. I wouldn't worry about it unless there's something wrong with it when it gets there. If there's a problem take it up with ebay.

Read the information on the item's page. It will probably tell you how long you'll have to wait for the item to arrive after payment has been received (if you paid by check, you may need to wait a week for it to clear). If you don't hear from the seller two weeks after that time span, then attempt to contact them, again. If they have a feedback rating of over 100 items with a 98% or better rating, then they are probably legit, and you'll need to be more patient. Otherwise, after the two week period AND after failing to get a response from the seller, go to the link, below, and take it from there.

For the future, NEVER buy ANYTHING from ANYONE on ANY site if they do not respond to your e-mails! Generally speaking, such people either do not want to be "bothered" with "pesky" looky-lu's (i.e., people who are "just looking") and/or are scammers (again, their feedback rating will pretty much tell you the story). Furthermore, you need to take the time to read the ENTIRE auction's page and make sure you understand EVERYTHING about the item, including condition, accepted payments, shipping costs and times, etc.

Good luck!

P.S. The word is "their" (possessive), not "there" (location).

Give them enough time to either respond or ship out your package. If your totally worried send them two more e-mails keeping copies of each. If by the middle of the second week you still haven't heard from the seller or received your product you can file a dispute with E Bay. Just follow the links.
Do give them some time to respond though.
