Yes, my favorite holiday.
For one time of the year, you get to dress however you want and no-one thinks its odd.
Last year I grew my beard out so I could blend in to the Beast costume bettter (Disney's Beauty and the Beast)
THis year I went as a Hogwarts Professor.
I love being able to go to work in something besides slacks and button down.

Oh Yeah! I decorated the outside with lights and scary things and the kids around here know where to come for the "good" candy, some even make two and three trips. I made the mistake this year of sending my husband out,by himself, to buy the candy. When he asked what kind I said the good stuff. Well, he came in with bag after bag of candy. All he said was" Don't ask how much I spent" I guess that's what I get for letting him do the shopping. I still have A LOT left.

I could take it or leave it. When I was younger I was really into it, but now that I am older, I have no children or nieces and nephews so no one to really acknowledge it with. I do like to see what people decide to dress up as though. I am a home health nurse, and Thursday when I was seeing all my patients(most of them are 70 and above) they were telling me there was a man in his 40's walking around in the upscale neighborhoods in a thong while his kids were tirick or treating. Now I wish I could have saw that. I would have lmao!

Halloween is awesome. I think that it gives people something to believe in. It lets people think that there is something that happens when we die. Plus all the candy is great too.
